Paid for 49.99 for FULL EVENT D.C. stream,,I only got Bigfoot - wheres my other table access

Is this a scam on xpool.... paid the 49.99 and can only see Bigfoot matches. see no access to bank matches that are playing but there's a link for on xpool for 24.99 for multi table access at digitalpool..... Explain the false advertising - FULL EVENT If you're only going to give us Bigfoot access then due to your seemingly shady advertising, we should be refunded and still get Bigfoot access!

Same here! Just goy home from the 7 hr drive back to atl and wanted to finish watching the final one pocket matches play out. Mcclabe vs Krause on now and thought the full $49 would give me everything. &$#!!

This years Derby experience has been (In A Word) awful? Please consider hiring a professional production company. After last years debacle & the current confusion; Xpool will be hard pressed to encourage pool players to invest again, which will hurt the DCC. I read the community comments & I never once saw where the people of Xpool offered some sense of compensation to the dissatisfied one's. You have got to do better; or go away!
