Is this a scam on xpool.... paid the 49.99 and can only see Bigfoot matches. see no access to bank matches that are playing but there's a link for on xpool for 24.99 for multi table access at digitalpool..... Explain the false advertising - FULL EVENT If you're only going to give us Bigfoot access then due to your seemingly shady advertising, we should be refunded and still get Bigfoot access!

Same. Paid for full access. Only getting Bigfoot. And even then the stream has frozen twice tha I know of and now it’s completely down. Where are the links for other matches? Who is dealing with the tech issues?

the $49.99 only covers the arena matches. The $24.99 underneath covers the outer tables. The $75 price is in line with the ppv pricing from the last several years

you guys are idiots, there was a separate buy for all side tables $19.99 you only bought the main stream which is only the main table

Why yes name calling is productive. It is advertised as FULL ACCESS. It did not specify only arena matches. Don’t be a dick. Grow up.

FULL EVENT Correction. Either way. It say full event. Does not say only main table. Does not say only arena.

I purchased access for main table as well as side tables as advertised... nothing but a great viewing experience. I never once thought it was confusing.

Yep, they need to fix the user interface. First time spending $50 on pool ppv and have no issues with it, but don’t think I’ll do it again. Simple improvements would change the viewing experience… and it was definitely not clear that you would only get the one table prior to purchase.

The simple truth is it was misleading by saying "full event" And the other saying "outer tables". Im not surprised tho, I haven't heard great things when it comes to their integrity.

Please issue my acct. a refund. $49.99 for a scetchy, dropped signal "only" 10B Bigfoot. I support our events with $$$'s, prayers and stellar attitude. This is pathetic and bottom line is...xpool is NOT delivering what was advertised.

Add me to the list of people who found this completely misleading. I planned to only purchase the outer tables, but figured I'll help support the DCC by purchasing "Full Event" access with the understanding it covered the outer tables and the TV table for all events. To now find out the $50 only covers the TV table is maddening. This is the first and last time I purchase from xPool. Guess it's back to watching free YouTube streams.

Yea we're learning :) the mistake we made is that we pulled in Digital Pool payment to xpool just to make it easier for users to have one place to purchase everything, but they're two completely separate products which ended up causing confusion. It's the Diamond/XPOOL coverage of DCC which is always the main arena, and then optionally an add-on for Digital Pool. Sorry for the confusion and we're happy to work with anyone who's unhappy, just reach out to help@xpool.live :)

This is some bullshit. It says full event for 50 or outside tables for 25. This is a scam at best. I want my $ back seriously.

I would love it if Derby City Classic just brought back all the streamers like they use to have verses this shit show chaos! You wanted to put on a big production and clearly you can't handle it. After the shit show last year, I didn't buy into it this year and I'm thankful I saved my cash. I am also saddened for those of you who purchased this year. False advertisement is a thing and not giving someone what they pay for is also a thing. Make it Right. Refund all of these folks regardless of complaint. You couldn't provide what you promised and the right thing to do is to just issue refunds. Honestly this kind of stuff is exactly what helps to end events. I can only imagine the embarrassment on the faces of those who work hard on Derby City Classic all year long and to get here work with your company and end up with egg on their faces. I would much rather pay Derby City Classic directly a nominal fee to help support the event and have all the old streamers back if they would just cut ties with you!
