Bought one pack again and still can’t get a feed

I just paid 2995 for one pocket that’s twice I bought it and when I click on watch, they still wanted to sell me another one pocket package. Can someone help me? I’ve already paid $60 and still can’t get connected even though they’ve OK to sale both times.
