Can't access streams I paid and cleared on my Visa

I purchased the one pocket pass paid for it and it showed up on my credit card paid and shows paid in my Xpool account. When I log in to Xpool and click on 2026 Derby City Classic it takes me to a page where it wants me to pay again. Please help, how do I access the live one pocket I paid for. Thanks.
