choppy??!

Why can't you guys get it right?? Stream is choppy on the main table. I'm an IT guy so trust me I understand the issues, just can't figure out why you can't get it right for paying customers. You've got a device having issues again, like it has from the start.

Is no one monitoring the stream for quality control ? or these board ? I'll come back later when hopefully the streaming is improved.

yes it's dead now, but with any luck they are either restarting a machine, or replacing a bad encoder or something like that to correct it.

Sorry casino is having issues with internet I'm assuming from the snowstorm. We added in our cellular backup so it's all stable again now.
