Once the live feed wraps up it's available for replay about 10 minutes or so after.

I purchased the stream for 9 ball banks and 10 ball but for some reason all I'm getting is the 10 ball.....what am I doing wrong

One of us doesn't know what we are doing. I watched 10 Ball yesterday but was not able to watch 9 Ball Banks. I bought the 49.95 package and still can not find the banks live. Please reply here because there are many of us in the same situation. OR IS THIS WHOLE THING A SCAM?

Same, this is supposed to be access until 2/1 with live stream only been able to see one match. I would like a refund as well. I’ve missed almost the whole tournament.

If you're referring to the main arena, yes it is only the 10 ball until that event finishes because it's played on a 10 foot table. Once that finishes, Diamond will replace the 10 foot table with a 9 and the arena will have the rest of the banks matches at that time. That's how DCC has always been run with the bigfoot :)

Yes I felt duped as well. The "all access" stream made it sound like you get the arena AND all the outer tables. Turns out "all access" is just the arena table and you can get the outer tables for another $25

Sorry for the confusion. We integrated with Digital Pool on the payment side to make it easier for users to have one place to go for everything, but they're two separate products. The full event access is for the 4 events in the main arena xpool is covering (as it says in the heading).

Why can't I stream om android devices. Gets hung on white screen trying to watch one pocket match. Able to watch on iPhone only. Need to watch on samsung tablet. Please advise

I just paid 49.95 for the whole tournament. But I can't get any one pocket, which I know they are in the 3rd or 4th round. How can I see it? What can I watch? Carla Johnson

Hi Carla, the main arena is finishing the bigfoot 10 ball tournament today/tonight which you'll see live now. After this event Diamond is replacing the 10 foot table with a 9 foot at which time we'll start scheduling the rest of the DCC event into the main arena.
